One of the key tenants of QTR is to endeavor to make each day meaningful and memorable and to do things that bring you joy. Our days are in fact our lives. I love moments where I find someone in the midst of living QTR, whether they know they are acting in QTR or not. This photo is of someone who I don’t know. I was walking in the Seacliff Beach area at the end of the day, and saw him sitting on a driftwood log, playing his guitar, and watching the sun setting. It looked like pure joy and certainly was Quality Time Remaining. What gives you joy? Whatever that is, can you do a little more of it? Maybe just a little more often. Doing things that bring you Joy improve our days, and it can be as easy as playing guitar on the beach while the sun is setting.
